How do I prepare each tea?The preparation of each tea is the same. Take a half (1/2) teaspoon of the tea mixture out of the bottle; add the mixture to your tea cup. Then add boiling water to your tea cup and allow it to steep for roughly 7-10 minutes. Once the tea has strengthened to your liking, strain the loose leaf herbs out of the tea with either a strainer, filter or spoon and drink the tea.
